A site licence allows you to work on the businesses and allows you to work as a standalone user.

This can be helpful if you often need to work on site at your client's premises.

You can obtain a Site licence from either our Sales department or a Pastel certified dealer.

You'll need to register the machine as both a workstation and a single user / server.

1. Go to https://portal.sage.co.za/accounting, you'll need to add this additional serial number as an additional module.
2. Open Sage 50cloud Pastel and go to Help.
3. Select Register Your Package and click Next.
4. Select Workstation Registration and select the magnifying glass in the Pastel Server PC Path.
5. Browse for the network drive you mapped to the server and double click the Custom folder.
6. Double click the Registration folder and click OK.
7. Click Next and Next again.
8. Click Finish.
9. go to Help.
10. Select Register Your Package and click Next.
11. Select Local Server Registration then click Next.
12. Tick the option Register Online.
13. Enter the site licence serial number in the Base Serial Number field and click Next.
14. On the web registration screen, select Click here to view / register your site licences.
15. Enter the Access Code and the User Name of the user.
16. Click Generate to produce the registration code for the machine.
17. Copy the code and paste it onto the registration screen on Pastel.
18. Click Next then Finish.

When adding companies, you'll be able to access them from the mapped drive and your local c drive.
